As a Production Manager, you’ll be at the heart of day‑to‑day operations—leading from the front, supporting your team, and ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be actively involved in the workshop, helping to tackle challenges, improve processes, and maintain high standards across quality, safety, and performance. What You’ll Be Doing Leading daily production activities to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved. Providing accurate quotations for new jobs. Coaching and supporting the shop floor team in safe, efficient working practices. Getting hands‑on with production tasks when needed. Identifying issues and implementing practical, effective solutions. Upholding strong quality assurance standards. Working with management on continuous improvement and operational development. Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in production management within manufacturing or fabrication.
