Service Support Engineer **Please note SC Clearance must be obtainable for this role ** Copello are working with a defence client who are looking for a Service Support Engineer to deliver Sales Support service to customers and end users of there products and systems. Key Responsibilities * Provide technical support to customer base * Build and maintain close relationships with key customers. * Support the survey, integration, installation and commissioning of new communications equipment within military vehicles * Provide product demonstration and End-User training courses * Contract execution/management * Provide bid support to the Land Business Unit * Maintain operational knowledge of product base * Support other Service personnel Qualifications and Experience * Previous experience of working in a service support and customer facing role * Prior military experience preferred * Good understanding of military communications * Knowledge of military vehicle electrical systems * Knowledge of basic RF and data communication systems * Understanding of Engineering Documentation * Experience of ERP systems operation * Competence in Microsoft Office tools If you feel you have the skills and experience please apply now and we will be in touch for a further conversation
