Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities: * Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, while proactively generating new business and repeat sales through engaging telephone outreach. * Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and objectives. * Accurately process customer orders, ensuring smooth and timely fulfilment. * Coordinate with the production department to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and on schedule. * Handle customer queries with professionalism, providing timely and effective solutions. * Support day-to-day office operations and general administrative activities as needed. Skills Profile: This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a target-driven sales environment and enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. A third-level qualification and/or at least two years of sales experience will be an advantage, but a passion for sales and a drive to succeed are key.
