Service Engineer - Robotics Midlands £45,000 - £50,000 The role of Service Engineer (Robotics) is well-suited to engineers with core electro-mechanical maintenance knowledge, including those earlier in their career who are keen to learn and develop skills in robotics, automation, and PLC-based systems. Structured training and hands-on support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity to grow into a specialist automation role. Key responsibilities for the Service Engineer (Robotics) include: * Installing and commissioning robotic and automated systems * Carrying out service work and preventative maintenance on automation equipment * Providing breakdown support both onsite and remotely * Fault-finding across electrical, mechanical, and control systems * Learning to diagnose and fault-find PLC-controlled systems (training provided) * Delivering customer training and onsite support * Working safely and in line with all Health & Safety procedures * Maintaining clear service and job documentation * Supporting wider operational activities as required This role is open to engineers with varying levels of experience, provided they bring the right foundation and attitude.
