I’m working with a best-in-class regional contractor to recruit a Bid Manager to support their continued growth across the data centre and defence sectors. This business has built a strong reputation for delivering mission-critical projects and is known for its professional approach, technical capability, and collaborative culture. Based ideally out of their Bath office, this role will play a key part in securing future work across some of the most secure and resilient sectors in construction. 🏗️ The Role As Bid Manager, you will take full ownership of the bid process from early engagement through to submission, managing multidisciplinary inputs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and compelling tenders. You will work closely with pre-construction, commercial, design, and operational teams to develop winning bid strategies that align with client requirements and the business’s strengths.
