Site Manager – New Build Housing Location: Herne Bay, Kent (CT6) Contract Length: 2 weeks (holiday cover) Rate: £260 per day Start: Immediate We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to provide two weeks’ holiday cover on an established new build housing development in Herne Bay, Kent. You will be working as part of an experienced site team and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site during the cover period. The role: * Managing the day-to-day running of the site * Overseeing plots and site activities as required * Carrying out site inductions * Managing and completing site paperwork and administration * Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times * Coordinating subcontractors and site logistics * Working effectively within an established site team Requirements: * Valid CSCS card * SMSTS – mandatory * Ability to step into an existing site and manage effectively from day one * Reliable, professional, and available to start immediately Desirable: * First Aid * Experience working on volume housebuilder sites This role offers an immediate start and would suit an experienced Site Manager looking for short-term holiday cover on a well-run residential development.
