ServiceNow Consultants & Architects – Abu Dhabi (Relocation Supported) Kaptius is a fast-growing ServiceNow Partner expanding its delivery capability in the UAE. We are recruiting experienced ServiceNow professionals across architecture, development, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, and business process roles to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a permanent, onsite basis. We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience across one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM/SAM), CMDB, Discovery, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom development. Depending on experience, you may operate as a platform architect, technical lead, senior consultant, or delivery specialist. You will work closely with enterprise and public sector customers to design, implement, and optimise ServiceNow solutions, translating business requirements into scalable, secure platform capabilities. Responsibilities may include solution design, configuration, development, integration, workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, governance, and mentoring junior team members. We are particularly interested in candidates with consulting or partner experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering measurable customer value. Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, ITAM, ITOM, CTA track) are highly desirable.
