Site Manager

Actaris Site Services are currently seeking two experienced Site Managers to work on roofing and external works projects across North London. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with an initial 3-month contract, moving into a permanent role for the right candidates. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day operations on roofing and external works projects * Supervise subcontractors and site operatives * Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme * Maintain high standards of health & safety (RAMS, inductions, toolbox talks) * Coordinate labour, materials, and deliveries * Liaise with Contracts Managers, clients, and the supply chain * Carry out quality inspections and snagging * Maintain site records and progress reporting Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager within roofing and/or external works * Strong technical understanding of roofing systems and external envelope works * SMSTS & CSCS (essential) * First Aid (preferred) * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer * Competitive day rate during the temp period * Opportunity to move into a permanent position after 3 months * Ongoing work with a growing specialist contractor Please send cvs to be considered for this position
