This is an exciting opportunity for a natural salesperson who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and promoting services that genuinely make a difference. This role would suit someone who is commercially driven, confident in conversations, and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets — with the opportunity to earn commission on top of a competitive basic salary. No previous experience in construction or compliance is required, but a genuine interest in buildings, sustainability, and building compliance is essential. The Role – Business Development Executive As a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and promoting a suite of market-leading services. Key responsibilities include: Proactively generating new business through outbound sales activity Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients Promoting and selling consultancy services within the building and property sector Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to conversion Working towards and exceeding agreed sales targets and KPIs Updating CRM systems and providing accurate sales reporting This role operates on a hybrid working model, with three days per week based in the Milton Keynes office and two days working from home.
