Description Lead and manage corporate tax compliance and reporting processes. Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies in line with global standards. Provide expert advice on tax planning and risk management strategies. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations within the life science industry. Prepare and review tax returns and related documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and external advisers to resolve tax issues. Monitor changes in tax legislation and implement necessary updates. Support audits and liaise with tax authorities as needed.Profile A successful Corporate Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager should have: Strong knowledge of corporate tax and transfer pricing principles. Proven expertise within the life science industry or a related sector. Experience in managing tax compliance and reporting processes. Ability to provide strategic tax planning and risk management advice. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A relevant professional qualification in tax or accountancy.
