Customer Service & Export Coordinator Leeds | Manufacturing Sector | Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £33,000 to £38,000 Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with experience in export coordination? We're looking for a proactive Customer Service & Export Coordinator to join a dynamic manufacturing business in Leeds. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer enquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the order process Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery Prepare and manage all export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.) Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners to coordinate international shipments Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any shipping or customs-related issues Maintain accurate records using ERP/CRM systems Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international trade regulations Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilmentWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience in a customer service and/or export coordination role, ideally within manufacturing Strong understanding of international shipping processes and export documentation Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesWhy Join Us?
