Carpenter (Multi-Trade) Areas Covered: SE, SW, E, CR, BR Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Rate: £24.50 per hour (Van included) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter (Multi-Trade) to join a busy repairs and maintenance team, working across residential properties within the SE, SW, E, CR and BR postcode areas. This is a long-term role offering consistent work and stable hours. Role Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day carpentry maintenance and repair works in both occupied and void residential properties Complete tasks including door repairs and hanging, skirting, architraves, flooring, basic framework, and general carpentry works Deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach Work independently and manage time effectively across multiple jobs Requirements Proven experience in domestic/residential carpentry Good communication skills and confidence working within tenants’ homes Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems on site What We Offer £24.50 per hour 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Long-term, ongoing work within a consistent patch Company van provided Company tools provided Fuel card provided Trade card provided Supportive team and well-organised schedule How to Apply To apply or register your interest, please contact: Zach Jordan Email: (url removed) Phone: (phone number removed)
