Tutor - Rushden, Northamptonshire Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to support learners in the Rushden area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by providing tailored academic support to students who require additional help outside of the classroom. The Role Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition to pupils of varying abilities Support students with core subjects (e.g. English, Maths, Science) or subject specialisms Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs Build positive, supportive relationships that encourage confidence and progress Sessions may take place in schools, homes, or alternative education settings The Ideal Candidate Experience working as a tutor, teacher, or teaching assistant Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly Patient, reliable, and student-focused Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Right to work in the UK Why Work with Tradewind Recruitment?
