A leading UK construction consultancy are now seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their established London team. This Associate Quantity Surveyor opportunity sits within a dedicated quantity surveying function delivering major civils and infrastructure schemes. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will provide commercial leadership, client-facing surveying services and support the growth of the wider quantity surveyor team. This role is well suited to a senior quantity surveying professional seeking responsibility, visibility and progression within a consultancy environment. The Company? The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will be joining a well-regarded construction consultancy operating across infrastructure, transportation and complex civil engineering projects. The business continues to secure long-term frameworks and major programmes, offering stability and a clear pathway for senior quantity surveyor progression. The London office works collaboratively with regional teams, delivering high-value infrastructure schemes across the UK. The Role As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will take a lead role on civils and infrastructure projects, acting as a key commercial and contractual advisor. The role will include: Delivering full quantity surveying services on civils and infrastructure projects Leading cost planning, procurement and commercial strategy Managing contracts, change control and risk management Overseeing valuations, variations and final accounts Providing commercial advice to clients and stakeholders Supporting, mentoring and managing junior quantity surveyor staffThe Associate Quantity Surveyor? You will be an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in UK civils and infrastructure works. Applications from non-construction backgrounds will not be considered.
