Are you an organised and customer-focused Account Controller looking to join a growing manufacturing business supplying some of the world’s leading engineering companies?   We are recruiting two Customer Account Controllers to join our client in Alcester, supporting key global customers within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.   Customer Account Manager   Permanent £38,000 per annum Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 4:30pm | Friday, 7:30am – 12:30pm Alcester Customer Account Controllers Job Description Be the key point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and answering queries about their orders Track customer orders through the factory and update customers on progress and delivery dates Enter, update and maintain customer orders accurately on the system, including any changes or amendments Work closely with internal teams to chase parts, resolve issues and keep orders moving as planned Prepare despatch paperwork and support the shipping of finished parts to customers  Customer Account Controllers Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Experienced carrying out a similar customer account management position Well-versed managing internal and external stakeholders Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment/for a manufacturing organisation Strong Microsoft Excel skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment  Customer Account Controllers Benefits 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing with long service Enhanced Pension scheme Retail & Gym Discounts Bonus Scheme EAP Scheme, money back for dental and optical appointments Free onsite parking  If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply’, email (url removed) or call (phone number removed)
