RCW

We are recruiting Residential Care Workers (RCW) for a new 2-bed children’s residential home in Liverpool L11, supporting young people with EBD. There are 2 full-time positions available, along with 1 bank position. The role involves supporting young people with day-to-day care, promoting safeguarding, and maintaining a safe, consistent home environment in line with Ofsted standards. Responsibilities: * Support young people with emotional and behavioural needs * Promote safeguarding and the welfare of children * Support routines, structure, and positive outcomes * Work as part of a team to maintain a safe home environment * Follow policies, procedures, and care plans Requirements: * Experience working with children or young people (residential experience preferred) * Good understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries * Willingness to work shifts including sleep-ins * Level 3 not required (training and support provided) Details: * £13.83 per hour * £60 per sleep-in * 2 on / 4 off rota (full-time roles) * Bank shifts also available * Annual salary is pro rata, based on hours worked This is an opportunity to join a new children’s home with a supportive Registered Manager and Responsible Individual already in place
