Role & Responsibilities Support the delivery of pre-planning stages for low-rise apartment and housing-led schemes Assist with concept design, feasibility studies, and planning drawings Produce high-quality design and presentation material Coordinate with consultants and internal project teams Contribute to planning submissions and supporting documentation Develop technical and project skills under the guidance of senior team members Required Skills & Experience ARB registered Architect or newly qualified with relevant UK experience Experience working on residential-led projects is highly desirable Strong design skills with good technical awareness Ability to work collaboratively within a project team Understanding of UK planning processes and housing standards Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning What you get back Competitive salary up to £45,000 Hybrid working Season ticket loan Enhanced family leave Workplace pension with 4.5% employer contribution Access to 1:1 independent pension advice This benefits package is not exhaustive and additional benefits are available Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
