Site Manager

My client are a regional civil engineering business. Due to being awarded a contract across a 5 year framework, they are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver multiple scheme across Newcastle. My client are delivering civil and infrastructure packages across multiple waste water treatment plant upgrades. Site manager responsibilities: * Working alongside and reporting to the project and contracts manager. * Day to day site management. * Detailed record keeping. * Managing plant, labour and materials. * Supervision of direct and subcontractor labour. * Writing and amending RAMS. * Progress meetings. * Liaising with the client, key stakeholders and local authorities. Site manager requirements: * Right to work in the UK. * NVQ level 3 or equivalent. * SMSTS. * First aid. * TWS/ TWC - Desirable. * Proven experience in a site managers capacity. * Experience working within the water sector. * IT literate. * Full UK driving licence.
