Senior Payroll Executive

The Role: End-to-end payroll processing for a varied client base Managing multiple payrolls with differing pay frequencies and complexities Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong and trusted relationships Ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines Supporting with year-end processes, pensions, statutory payments, and audits Identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting system or procedural changes Providing guidance and support to junior team members where required About You: Proven experience in a senior or end-to-end payroll role, ideally within a bureau or multi-client environment Confident managing complex payroll queries and multiple deadlines Strong technical payroll knowledge with a high level of attention to detail Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders at all levels Proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and ways of working Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a growing environment This is an opportunity to join a growing payroll team with real momentum, exposure to a broad and interesting client portfolio.
