Site Agent  –  (8–10 Week Contract) Glasgow City Centre | Immediate Start We’re looking for an experienced Site Agent with strong public realm experience to support the successful completion of a city‑centre project in Glasgow. This is a short‑term assignment (approx. 8–10 weeks) providing additional leadership to bring the project home to the highest standards. You’ll be stepping into a live environment, managing a team of around 20 operatives and coordinating with subcontractors, while maintaining a strong working relationship with the client. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day delivery of public realm works in a busy city‑centre environment Ensure high standards of health & safety, quality and workmanship Manage labour, subcontractors and sequencing of works Lead hard and soft landscaping activities through to completion Maintain a positive, professional relationship with the client team (Glasgow City Council) Provide clear reporting, problem‑solving and site leadership What You’ll Need Proven experience delivering public realm or high‑quality urban environment projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple trades and a workforce of approx. 20 operatives SMSTS (or higher) and strong H&S knowledge Experience with both hard and soft landscaping Personable, client‑facing and able to build rapport quickly To apply, send your CV to: (url removed) Or simply apply here and I’ll be in touch.
