Our client, a Housing Developer/Main Contractor with a Head Office located in the East Midlands are actively looking to develop their operational team with the introduction of a regional Contracts Manager. As a Developer/Main contractor our client operates within a variety of business sectors including: Social Housing (New Build), Speculative Housing (New Build) Education & Health. They are market leaders within certain sectors and produce an fantastic end product every time. You will work closely with the Operations Director and will have day to day operational responsibility for your live project(s). The Candidate (Contracts Manager – Housing): As a Contracts Manager you should have well-rounded Housing background, both Social Housing and Speculative Housing gained through working on a variety of developments within their region. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and have experience within the role as a Contracts Manager, overseeing multiple at any one time.
