Warehouse Administrator

HRGO are recruiting a reliable and organised Warehouse Administrator to join a busy parts operation. This hands-on role combines warehouse duties with online sales admin. The ideal candidate is practical, detail-focused and comfortable working with physical stock and e-commerce platforms. Job Title: Warehouse Administrator Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Location: Ellesmere Port Pay: £12.21 per hour, paid weekly Key responsibilities as a Warehouse Administrator: Create clear, accurate eBay listings for parts: write descriptions, set pricing, select categories, apply postage rules and manage listing templates Photograph parts to a high standard and upload images to listings Monitor eBay messages, questions and orders; manage payments and order processing Pick, pack and dispatch parts to customers promptly and accurately Maintain stock records, perform regular cycle counts and update inventory systems Support general warehouse tasks such as receiving deliveries, labelling, storage and housekeepingEssential skills and experience Proven experience using eBay to list and sell parts or similar items, including experience with creating listings, optimising titles/descriptions and managing orders Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills Experience with packing and shipping parts safely Basic IT skills: comfortable using web interfaces, email and Microsoft packages Good communication skills and customer-service focus Ability to work independently and as part of a small teamWhy you should work for HRGO Easy online registration process, that can be done from home Modern portal for accessing all documents relating to your assignment Weekly pay Temp to perm opportunity Accessible via public transport, also has plenty of free parking 28 days holiday Pension contributions Dedicated account manager that will assist you throughout your assignmentIf you are interested, please call (phone number removed) and ensure you are registered on the HRGO website
