Job Description Religious Studies Teacher - Full Time Location: Derby Start: February 2026 Contract: Full time, until Summer break Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a secondary to recruit a Religious Studies Teacher for a full-time, temporary position starting immediately. This role has arisen due to staff absence and will involve teaching Religious Studies across Key Stages 3 and 4 and Sociology at KS4. The school is keen to appoint a confident and engaging teacher who can maintain continuity and high standards of learning during this period. The Role: Full-time teaching of Religious Studies and Sociology Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons Supporting pupils' personal development and academic progress Working collaboratively within a supportive department The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching Religious studies and Sociology Strong classroom management skills Available to start immediately Open to early career teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers Why Work with Tradewind Recruitment?
