Number of hours: 21.6 hrs ( 3 days) Duration of temporary request: Until April 2026 Working days: Tuesday and Thursdays, plus 1 day marking Duties: * Deliver engaging, high‑quality training sessions aligned to the Teaching Assistant apprenticeship standards (Level 3) and Community Health and Wellbeing Standard (Level 3) * Coach, mentor, and support apprentices throughout their learning journey, providing tailored guidance and feedback. * Conduct workplace observations/assessments and progress reviews with employers to evidence competence against standards. * Track learner progress, set clear targets, and maintain accurate records in line with funding and compliance requirements. * Work collaboratively with employers to ensure apprentices apply skills effectively in their school settings. * Prepare apprentices for End‑Point Assessment (EPA) through mock assessments and structured development plans. * Adapt teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs, ensuring inclusive and accessible training. Levels and qualification: PGCE/CERT-ED or equivalent teaching quals Must have experience teaching apprenticeships in childcare/teaching assistants. Desirable Healthcare background
