A well-established courier and freight forwarding company have an immediate requirement for an experience Sales Manager to join them. Key Skills: Sales Manager, Freight Forwarding Location: Frimley, GU16 7QH - office-based initially, with flexibility and hybrid working considered once established Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 They are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to support continued growth across our UK courier and international freight-forwarding services. This is a hands-on, autonomous role with a strong focus on new business development, supported by ongoing account management. Key Responsibilities Generate and convert new business across UK courier, same-day and express delivery, and international air, sea, and road freight Take full ownership of lead generation through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market engagement Develop and grow a portfolio of new and existing client accounts Prepare and present tailored logistics solutions aligned to customer requirements Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while protecting margin Maintain an accurate sales pipeline with clear forecasting Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery Represent the business professionally at client meetings and industry eventsCandidate Profile Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or courier sales Strong new business development capability Commercially astute with a solid understanding of pricing and margin Confident, credible, and comfortable operating autonomously Organised, resilient, and target drivenPackage Salary £40,000-£45,000 basic, dependent on experience £5,000 car allowance Commission structure linked to revenue performance Pension schemePlease click "apply now" for more details
