Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our Inverkeithing-based client. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within a busy, high-performing warehouse environment. What's on offer? Full-time permanent contract Working Sunday to Thursday, 05:45 to 14:00 An annual salary of £30,000 per annumWorking as a Warehouse Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Communicate clearly across all teams and levels, showing strong leadership and teamwork Liaise with customers, suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly Manage warehouse operations in line with company policies and objectives Oversee goods in, storage, distribution, stock control, and maintenance Plan daily workloads and allocate tasks to meet operational targets Work closely with Customer Services to maintain clear customer and supplier communication Ensure accurate records and compliance with warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements Follow all business procedures and health & safety standards Maintain a strong focus on customer service, quality, productivity, and compliance Identify and escalate risks or issues to support continuous improvementTo be successful in this Warehouse Team Leader position, you will have the following skills, traits and experience: Experience in a food production environment Ability to assess risks, follow health & safety requirements Strong communication (written, verbal) and numerical skills Detail-focused with a logical, methodical approach to problem-solving Reliable and resilient, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Team player with a strong work ethic, flexible to learn and support multiple processes Positive, proactive, and committed to completing tasks to a high standardReady to get started?
