Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: Brighouse Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (DOE) Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time Company: WEL Group WEL Group is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our team internally at our Brighouse office. This is a key role focused on identifying, winning, and developing new business opportunities to support the continued growth of the company. The Role As a Business Development Manager, your main responsibility will be to bring on new clients and grow long-term relationships. You’ll play an important part in shaping our sales pipeline and driving revenue across the business. Key Responsibilities * Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Manage the full sales process from initial contact to close * Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery * Meet and exceed agreed sales targets * Keep CRM records up to date and provide sales activity reports About You * Proven experience in a Business Development or Sales role * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident building relationships * Organised with good time management skills * Comfortable working in an office-based role in Brighouse What We Offer * Competitive salary of £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience * Monday to Friday working hours * A stable, internal role within a growing business * Supportive team environment with opportunity to develop and progress If you’re an experienced BDM looking for a new opportunity with a growing company, we’d love to hear from you
