Associate Quantity Surveyor (Building Safety & Regeneration) Location: London (Hybrid Working) Salary: Highly Competitive Contract: Permanent We are working in exclusive partnership with a highly regarded, fast-growing multidisciplinary property consultancy to appoint an Associate Quantity Surveyor to play a pivotal role in one of the most high-profile building safety and regeneration programmes in the UK. This is a career-defining leadership opportunity to take commercial ownership of major cladding remediation, façade, fire safety and regeneration projects, including a flagship 5-year national regeneration programme with genuine social impact. The Opportunity You will join a well-established consultancy that has built a strong reputation since 2010 for delivering complex projects across: Social housing & public sector / Schools, academies & universities / Commercial owners & developers. You will work closely with clients, contractors and in-house Fire, Structural and Building Surveying teams, providing strategic cost leadership across the full project lifecycle.
