Industrial Services Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Services Supervisor to join our growing team, delivering high-quality environmental & industrial cleaning projects across the UK and occasionally to Europe and Jamaica! About the Role You will lead and support operations across a wide range of industrial service works, including: * Interceptor cleaning * Tank cleaning & decommissioning * Tank dig-outs * Site decommissioning * Other industrial/environmental services tasks This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will oversee site teams, ensure safe work practices, and maintain exceptional service delivery standards. What We Need * Proven industrial/environmental services experience * Confined Space Entry & Rescue competency * Strong commitment to health & safety * Ability to work away from home as required (UK & occasional overseas) * Supervisory/leadership capability Nice to Have (Not Essential) * HPWJ (High-Pressure Water Jetting) qualification * ADR qualification * FLT licence * Additional industry tickets welcomed What We Offer * Circa £35,000 salary * Regular overtime opportunities * 7.5% annual bonus scheme * Accommodation & expenses covered when working away * Career development & training opportunities * Work on diverse projects – from the UK to Europe and even Jamaica!
