Plumber £36k-£42k doe Worcester Full job description Profile: * Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems. * Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools. * Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. * Good listening and communication skills. * Well-organised * Punctual * Good in problem-solving * Attention to detail Works will consist of: * Installing and replacing pipework and other fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, urinals, water heaters & cylinders OTP commercial & domestic * Servicing of water heaters, cylinders, pumps. * Installation of air & ground source heat pumps (renewable energy) * Installing and maintaining all domestic & commercial water supply systems. * Installation of pipe supports & clips prior to installation * Assemble & replacement of mechanical / plumbing fittings and valves * Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks & breakdowns of plant & equipment) * Full Site surveys with materials & required plant lists * Repair or replacement broken drainage pipework & Blockage clearances. * Installations of waste disposal and sanitary systems * Modifies length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building * Use of saws and pipe cutters as necessary Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 Hour Shift Basic Monday to Friday Overtime & Weekend work available Basic H&S Training supplied Experience: * Plumbing: 3-5 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driving License (required) * CSCS (preferred) * City & Guilds (required) Work Remotely * No Work remotely * No Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £36,000.00-£42,000.00 per year Benefits: Company pension Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: * plumbing: 5 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: CSCS (preferred) Driving License (preferred) Work Location: In person
