The Role As an Autism Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to deliver tailored support for pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). You’ll help create a structured, nurturing learning environment that supports emotional regulation, communication, and positive behaviour for learning. Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils will be central to your role, ensuring every child feels understood, valued, and supported throughout the school day.
