Senior Project Manager

A Senior Project Manager opportunity has arisen with a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy based in North London, delivering commercial, residential and mixed-use developments for major investors and developers. This Senior Project Manager role sits within a mature project management team with a strong London pipeline. The Senior Project Manager will take a lead role on multiple commissions, acting as the day-to-day client interface and overseeing delivery teams. The Senior Project Manager will be trusted with responsibility and autonomy. You must have previous construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role. The Senior Project Manager's role The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from feasibility through to handover, managing governance, programme and risk. The Senior Project Manager will chair client and consultant meetings, manage reporting obligations, and ensure projects align with client objectives. Key responsibilities include: Leading consultant teams across design and construction stages Managing master programmes and monitoring critical paths Overseeing procurement strategies and contractor appointments Reviewing cost plans, change control and risk registers Ensuring compliance with client governance and approval gateways The Senior Project Manager Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within a construction consultancy Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability Experience delivering commercial and mixed-use schemes Excellent understanding of JCT procurement routes MRICS, MAPM or working towards chartership In Return? £65,000 - £80,000 Bonus and comprehensive benefits Clear progression to Associate Keywords: Senior Project Manager | North London | Construction Consultancy | Client Side | MRICS | MAPM
