Building Surveyor

A well-established Construction Consultancy is seeking a capable Building Surveyor to join its Building Surveying team, delivering Building Surveyor services across a varied project portfolio. The Building Surveyor will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to Building Surveying projects from instruction through to completion. This Building Surveyor role is based in London with flexible hybrid working. The Company? The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a consultancy with a strong pipeline of Building Surveying work and a stable client base. The Building Surveyor will operate within a collaborative environment, supporting delivery teams across commercial and mixed-use projects, with clear progression within Building Surveying. The Role As the Building Surveyor you will work closely with senior surveyors and associates, managing projects and professional instructions through all stages. The role will include: * Acting as Contract Administrator and or Employers Agent * Preparation of project design information and specifications * Managing projects of varying size and complexity * Undertaking surveys and site inspections * Managing multi-disciplinary design teams * Acting as lead designer where required * Coordinating site visits and surveys * Preparation of feasibility reports The Building Surveyor? You will be a motivated Building Surveyor with a practical approach to project delivery. Applications from non-construction related backgrounds will not be considered.
