Commercial Manager – Hospital Portfolio Walker Cole International is supporting a leading healthcare organisation seeking a Commercial Manager to strengthen their hospital portfolio. This role leads key tender and commercial activities to drive growth across the UK hospital market. Key responsibilities for the Commercial Manager: * Leading end‑to‑end hospital tender activities including submissions, clarifications and negotiations. * Developing competitive pricing models, value propositions and contracting strategies. * Coordinating cross‑functional inputs to deliver compliant, high‑quality tender responses. * Driving revenue growth through both tendered and off‑contract hospital business. * Managing tender governance, timelines, documentation and post‑award implementation. The Commercial Manager will have: * Experience managing tenders or bids within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or a similarly regulated sector. * Proven success generating hospital revenue, including off‑contract sales activity. * Strong commercial judgement with excellent communication and influencing skills. * Effective project management, analytical and organisational capabilities with strong attention to detail.
