The Opportunity In this strategic and visible role, you’ll lead the full go‑to‑market strategy for HPE GreenLake. You’ll translate complex capabilities into compelling customer propositions, drive demand generation, and support sales in building a scalable, commercially effective Hybrid IT motion. Your work will directly influence pipeline creation, revenue growth, and partner engagement. What You’ll Be Doing Go‑To‑Market Leadership Develop and refine the HPE GreenLake GTM strategy Define target markets, customer profiles, and priority sales plays Position GreenLake within the wider Hybrid IT portfolio Act as the internal subject matter expert for all GreenLake propositions Product & Proposition Management * Build differentiated customer offerings, pricing models, and value propositions * Maintain deep knowledge of the GreenLake roadmap and competitive landscape * Ensure alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams Marketing & Demand Generation * Design and execute high‑impact campaigns to drive awareness and pipeline * Leverage MDF, joint campaigns, and partner programmes with HPE * Own messaging for events, webinars, sales plays, and digital campaigns * Track and report on campaign performance and ROI Sales Enablement & Execution Work with SDRs and BDEs to accelerate pipeline creation Deliver training, playbooks, and sales assets Support strategic customer engagements and priority opportunities Provide insight on qualification, value articulation, and competitive positioning Vendor & Stakeholder Management * Build strong relationships with HPE GreenLake and partner teams * Align strategy with HPE priorities and joint business plans * Act as the primary interface for all GreenLake‑related activity What You’ll Bring * Proven experience developing and executing GTM strategies * Strong understanding of Hybrid IT, infrastructure, and consumption‑based models * Experience driving pipeline and revenue alongside sales teams * Background within the HPE partner ecosystem * Deep knowledge of HPE GreenLake services and commercial models * Ability to lead cross‑functional readiness across sales, marketing, and technical teams * Strong initiative, urgency, and adaptability Attributes * Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic thinking * Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders * Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills * Highly personable, enthusiastic, and self‑motivated * Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills * Broader knowledge of HPE Compute, Storage, Networking, or Services is a plus Qualifications * HPE GreenLake or relevant industry certifications (advantageous) Why This Role Matters HPE GreenLake is one of the fastest‑growing consumption‑based cloud models in the market.
