This leading brand are a stand-out employer offering best-in-class training The candidate requirements for the Field Merchandiser * Customer-facing experience such as trade counter sales, retail sales, retail management, or hospitality * Currently on the tools but looking to move into a more customer-centric merchandiser role * Confident and personable, comfortable dealing with people face-to-face * Able to represent a brand professionally and build positive working relationships * Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently * Willing to travel across a defined area * Full clean UK driving licence * Reasonable level of physical fitness to set up, move, and maintain display stands The package for the Field Merchandiser * Up to £32,000 basic salary * £8,000 bonus * Fully expensed company vehicle * Healthcare * Exceptional pension options * 28 days holiday plus bank holidays Ref:CPJ803
