Fully Remote Educational Psychologist to work on a bespoke piece of work to complete psychology advice for Education, healthcare and needs assessments. Details are as follows: * To complete a minimum of 2 x assessments per month (4 days) * Offering £1,000 maximum per assessment (for each 2 day piece of work) * Budget can cover 18 completed assessments * Will require an IR3 Essential knowledge: * A broad understanding of issues surrounding general developments in psychological and educational assessment and intervention * Knowledge of both normal and abnormal development in childhood and adolescence (including the most commonly occurring conditions) * Knowledge of a range of approaches to intervention, as appropriate for use in schools and other everyday settings * Knowledge of legislation and procedures relating to assessment and provision for children with special educational needs Essential experience and achievements * Experience of work in relation to young people and children with special educational needs * Experience in using a range of psychological assessment and intervention techniques Essential qualifications/professional memberships * Honours degree in Psychology or equivalent recognised by British Psychological Society (BPS) * Postgraduate qualification (MSc. or Doctorate) incorporating professional training in educational psychology If interested in this role please forward your CV to Toni Rowe * Chartered or eligible for Chartered status with the British Psychological Society. * Registered or eligible for registration with the Health Professionals Council (HCPC)
