Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 Location: Hybrid (9-5 with flexible working) Type: Permanent Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking to step into a senior role within a modern, forward-thinking financial planning firm? About the Role As a Senior Paraplanner, you'll play a key role in providing high‑level technical support to advisers and delivering an exceptional paraplanning function. Key Responsibilities Producing high‑quality, compliant suitability reports and technical research Supporting advisers with complex case construction and technical queries Conducting product, fund, and tax planning research Contributing to improvements in paraplanning processes and standards Ensuring all work meets regulatory and internal quality standards Acting as a senior point of technical support within the teamWhat We're Looking For Strong experience in a technical paraplanning role Ideally fully qualified with all R0 exams (or close to completion) Excellent knowledge of pensions, investments, and tax planning A collaborative, proactive approach and high attention to detail Someone who thrives in a growing, people‑focused environmentWhy Join?
