Job ID: 27655 Role: BIM Manager Location: London Type: Permanent Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum Start Date: ASAP The Opportunity A leading building services contractor is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join their London team to take a key role in driving BIM standards, digital delivery, and coordination across complex data centre projects. The Role You will lead the BIM strategy across a range of data centre, commercial and education projects, working closely with design, commercial, and site teams to ensure efficient, and high-quality digital delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage BIM processes across a variety of projects Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and best practice Coordinate BIM delivery across internal teams and external consultants Ensure model quality, compliance, and effective information management Support project teams with BIM-related technical guidance Contribute to continuous improvement of digital and BIM capabilities Key Requirements Proven experience in a BIM Manager or Senior Coordinator role within building services Strong understanding of BIM standards and digital construction processes Experience working on complex MEP projects, ideally data centres.
