Operations Supervisor – Facilities Management Location: Essex (covering Essex & London commercial portfolio) Salary: Up to £55,000 + Vehicle We’re partnering with a well-established Facilities Management company seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee a commercial portfolio across Essex and London. This is a hands-on supervisory role, supporting engineers, managing service delivery, and ensuring high standards across multiple client sites. Key Responsibilities: * Supervising and supporting mobile engineers across the portfolio * Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance works * Ensuring SLA and KPI compliance * Managing subcontractors and specialist services * Conducting site inspections, audits, and client meetings * Supporting senior management with operational reporting Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (essential) * Proven experience in a Facilities Management supervisory or senior engineer role * Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to manage multiple sites across Essex and London * Full UK driving licence Package: * Salary up to £55,000 (dependent on experience) * Company vehicle or allowance (if applicable) * Clear progression opportunities within a growing FM business If you’re an experienced FM engineer ready to step into a supervisory role, we’d like to hear from you
