Job Title: Architect or Experienced Architectural Technician/ Technologist Location: Remote working with occasional meetings in Lutterworth office Salary: In the region of £40,000+ About the company: A fast-growing property development support business is seeking a skilled architectural professional to join its team. The company works closely with developers across the UK, providing guidance, funding support and technical delivery to help bring projects from concept through to completion. The workload is predominantly residential (around 95%), with a smaller proportion of commercial and Class Q schemes. Operating with a modern, flexible working model, the business offers predominantly remote working with occasional in-person collaboration at its Lutterworth office.
