Assistant Sales Manager

We’re looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager to join a successful sales team. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role for someone confident across the full sales process. The role will include: * Carrying out market appraisals and valuations * Listing and launching properties onto the market * Negotiating offers and agreeing sales * Managing sales progression through to completion * Supporting the Sales Manager with day-to-day office duties * Helping drive performance, instructions, and agreed sales The ideal candidate: * Experienced in residential estate agency sales * Confident conducting valuations and negotiations * Organised, proactive, and commercially minded * Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Package: * Base salary: £20,000 – £25,000 * OTE: £35,000 – £45,000
