Managing Director Designate – Precision Manufacturing A long‑established precision engineering and fabrication business is seeking a Managing Director Designate to lead the company through a planned succession phase. The business has strong technical capability and significant potential for renewed growth. The Role You’ll work alongside the outgoing MD during a structured handover before taking full leadership responsibility.
