Key Responsibilities • Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers • Registering and qualifying buyers • Managing relationships with vendors and applicants • Supporting valuation appointments and market appraisals • Generating new business and following up leads • Providing regular feedback to vendors • Progressing sales from offer agreed through to completion • Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times Requirements • Minimum of two years estate agency sales experience • Strong sales ability with a confident and professional manner • Excellent communication and relationship building skills • Comfortable speaking to clients face to face and over the phone • Target driven and motivated by earning commission • Well organised with good attention to detail • Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Are Looking For A great estate agent who is proactive, commercially aware, confident with people, and genuinely enjoys closing deals and building long term relationships
