Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership Nottingham £32,000 – £39,000 basic (DOE) Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday (8:30am–5:00pm) + 1 in 3 Saturdays The Role We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy main dealership in Nottingham, looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 3 (or above) Technician who takes pride in their work, thrives in a supportive environment, and wants a stable, long-term role within a growing team. Key Responsibilities * Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard * Work efficiently and accurately within manufacturer and dealer guidelines * Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Workshop Control * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems and processes * Deliver excellent service that supports customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency * Collaborate with a team of Technicians and Apprentices while maintaining strong attention to detail Your Background & Skills * Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician (essential) * MOT Tester qualification preferred * Main dealership or independent workshop experience * Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and teamwork * Full UK Driving Licence * Able to work efficiently to deadlines while maintaining high standards * Van experience is a strong bonus What’s in it for you * £32,000 – £39,000 basic (DOE) * Supportive workshop team: 3 Technicians + 2 Apprentices * Excellent working conditions and dealer facilities * Ongoing training and development * Genuine career progression opportunities For further details on this Vehicle Technician job in Nottingham, and other jobs, please submit your CV to Stacey Hunt of ACS Recruitment Consultancy
