Audio Visual Support Engineer Location: London (covering client sites across the London area) Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) Department: Support Reporting to: Service Manager The Role We're looking for an experienced Audio Visual Support Engineer to join a growing support team delivering high-quality AV and Video Conferencing support across a diverse client portfolio in London. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for both proactive and reactive support, ensuring SLAs are met and clients receive a professional, responsive service. You'll be trusted to work autonomously, manage time-sensitive issues, and spot potential risks before they escalate. What You'll Be Doing Providing proactive and reactive maintenance and support for Audio Visual and Video Conferencing systems Diagnosing and resolving AV/VC faults in time-critical, high-pressure client environments Supporting the installation team with new AV and VC installations between service calls Completing accurate field service reports and documentation in a timely manner Building strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients Identifying additional service or upgrade opportunities and feeding them back to internal teams Communicating clearly with the service team and other internal departments Supporting SLA delivery and highlighting potential risks to the Service Manager Carrying out any other duties reasonably required within the role What We're Looking For A positive, driven, can-do attitude Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Flexible approach to working hours when required Honest, trustworthy, and professional in front of clients Technical Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years' experience installing and supporting AV and Video Conferencing solutions AMX / Crestron hardware and software knowledge (able to upload code and identify faults) Basic configuration knowledge of Cisco codecs Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Polycom codecs and SoundStructure Solid basic IT networking knowledge Experience working up to commissioning level CTS qualification (essential) Confident using Microsoft Office Suite Strong technical, analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills Clear and confident telephone communication skills What's on Offer Competitive salary of £38,000 - £40,000 per annum London-based role covering a varied and interesting client portfolio Exposure to modern AV and VC technologies A supportive service environment with autonomy and responsibility Opportunity to grow within a professional AV support operation INDAV How to Apply To apply, please submit your CV (and a brief cover letter if available) to (url removed) Or call (phone number removed)
