Who this role suits We’re especially keen to hear from people with experience or education in: Additional Learning Needs (ALN / SEND) Psychology Social Work Sports / Coaching Childcare Care or Support Work- Adults or Children Childcare/ Care qualifications (Level 2 or 3) are highly desirable, but attitude and enthusiasm matter just as much. What you’ll actually be doing This is a hands-on, active role where no two days look the same: Supporting children 1:1 or in small groups Helping pupils stay engaged, regulated, and motivated Using creativity, movement, and positivity to support learning Balancing fun with structure Supporting children with emotional, behavioural, or learning needs Being a calm, encouraging presence in the classroom We’re looking for people who can hit the ground running, build rapport quickly and help take strain off the class Teacher .
