Welfare Labourer – Immediate Start (PAYE) Position: Welfare Labourer Location: Stoneton Start Date: ASAP Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Welfare Labourer to join a busy construction site. Your role will be essential in maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented site, ensuring welfare facilities meet required standards. Key Responsibilities * Ensure welfare areas (canteen and Office) are cleaned and maintained * Assist with general labouring duties when required * Keep walkways and communal areas tidy and hazard-free * Support site management with basic tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations * Follow site health & safety rules at all times Requirements * Previous experience in a similar role preferred * CSCS card Required * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good communication and attention to detail Benefits * Weekly pay * Long-term opportunities available * Supportive site team * Opportunity to progress into wider site roles
