The role As a senior Associate in Manchester, you'll balance technical leadership with team and client responsibility. Key duties include: Managing complex air quality projects across diverse sectors Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions Supporting client relationships and expanding regional presence Coaching and developing junior consultants Contributing to company strategy within an employee-owned model About you You will have: 12+ years' experience in air quality consultancy Strong expertise in assessments and modelling Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience Confidence in client management and stakeholder engagement Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused approach Why join?
