As the Organisational Intelligence Lead, you will develop and implement initiatives that drive greater enterprise efficiency and strategic people solutions. You will leverage data-driven approaches to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement in organisational health. You will develop and execute organisational models and strategies to improve enterprise organisational health, as well as utilise advanced analytics to improve organisational health. Other responsibilities may include: Work closely with the Executive, HR, leadership, and other stakeholders to align organisational health initiatives with business goals. Transforming data into intelligence that informs business-wide decision-making and drives transformational change. Triangulating data sources, identifying trends and providing actionable insights. Ensuring the delivery and professional presentation of reports on organisational health metrics to senior leadership. Communicating findings and recommendations effectively. Monitoring the effectiveness of initiatives and services and make data-driven continuous improvement adjustments to improve outcomes. Who are we looking for? As this is a leadership role, we are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience within a similar role with relevant workforce data systems knowledge. Ideally the individual will have strong analytical skills and solid consultancy knowledge, with a background of working within complex matrix structured organisations. They must show a robust data background and excellent communication and presentation abilities. Experience working with the Workday system would be advantageous. Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we'd like you to have experience in some of the following: An ability to develop deep understanding of organisational requirements and to develop strategies and solutions to drive organisational health improvements. Ability to use information in a structured way, applying sound judgement to identify and make robust, meaningful solutions. Leadership skills and capability. Proficiency in data analysis tools. A deep understanding of organisational health principles. Previous experience of supervising and managing a professional HR team. Background in Management of people data.
